This study sends a strong signal that when we support the arts, we not only enhance our quality of life, but we also invest in Greater Columbus's economic well-being. In 2006, GCAC and 18 arts organization partners throughout the community conducted a data analysis with AMS Planning & Research Corp. to find out who participates in the arts in Columbus, who doesn't, and where there's room for growth. Additionally, we conducted a telephone survey of arts patrons and the general public to determine opinions of the Columbus arts and cultural scene. This is a presentation conducted by AMS that includes important findings from both the survey and analysis. |
