Oulanje Regan
Community Arts Education Administrator
Oulanje is responsible for administering and coordinating GCAC's Franklin County Neighborhood Arts grant program, and the Children of the Future and Artists-in-Schools programs. Prior to joining GCAC in 2003, Oulanje worked in Store Operations for Bath & Body Works. She also worked for a number of years as a freelance costumer.
Oulanje graduated from Oberlin College with Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies.
