Sue Jones

Director of Administration & Board Liaison

As director of administration and board liaison, Sue provides administrative support to the president and the Greater Columbus Arts Council’s Board of Trustees and committees, implements special events, oversees DEI initiatives, and helps with fundraising for the GCAC Community Fund at The Columbus Foundation.

Prior to joining GCAC, she worked at The Ohio State University serving in various capacities. Her background is in communications, public relations, and administration. Sue is a Columbus native, graduating from the former Central High School. She attended Ohio State focusing on business administration.

She found her inner creative talent as an adult and enjoys portrait drawing, rug making, collecting glass and decorating her home. In her spare time, she volunteers at the Mid-Ohio Foodbank and serves on the board of Chosen4Change.
