"My experience as a Dresden artist-in-residence, expanded my vision for my work and offered the opportunity to explore a fundamental shift in my studio practice, a shift that now seven years later, I continue to explore. The opportunity to conduct research outside of my natural environment was paramount in expanding the possibilities of my studio practice."
