Mural Assistance Artist and Organizations
This workshop will provide information on the Mural opportunity for organizations and artists. This competitive grant provides partial funding for the creation of exterior murals by local artists where a specific wall is identified, maintenance is planned and there is a written contract between artist(s) and commissioning organization. A crisis can take many forms: natural disaster, technologic or financial breach, personnel issue, social media misstep and more. Do you know what immediate steps to take in a crisis? What qualities make the best spokesperson in a crisis? (Hint: it’s NOT always the boss.)This workshop, presented by Dan Williamson, senior vice president at Pau Werth Associates, will look at the broad range of potential crises that organizations face today and include ample time for questions and discussion.
