The Greater Columbus Arts Council aims to connect individual artists and arts organizations to opportunities and to each other. One way we do this is by populating this section of our website with information on various internal and external opportunities. These opportunities are shared broadly through our monthly OPPArt newsletter. In addition, we offer free professional development workshop series, round-table discussions, and social events.

Name: Tempting Fete Organization: Tempting Fete Description: Tempting Fête is an open-air festival. The event provides the opportunity for 20 artists, crafts people, vendors, and others, to exhibit, display, and sell their work in an outdoor market forum that has been specifically designed and purposed to be safe in the time of COVID- 19. Name: Muralist Call: Pursuing Good Together Organization: Summer Jam West Description: Summer Jam West is a nonprofit arts organization on the Hilltop. Name: Event Waste Reduction Grant for Festivals & Events Organization: SWACO Description: The EWRG (PDF) program seeks to assist local event organizers with reducing event-generated waste and divert as much as possible from the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill.
