At the 49th Columbus Arts Festival presented by Time Warner Cable there’s something for everyone!

Time Warner Cable will be on site with their Cable Cruiser—a state-of-the-art creative mobile entertainment center. The 60-foot-long and 20-foot wide truck and trailer interactively demonstrates Digital Cable, Road Runner, and Digital Phone. The Cable Cruiser is outfitted with three high definition televisions, three computer viewing stations and two phone terminals. The televisions showcase Time Warner Cable features like DVR, HD programming, Free On Demand channels and Local On Demand Channel 411.

Or perhaps you’ve always wanted to be Chiquita Banana? You can have your photo taken in the Chiquita Banana booth wearing the famous Chiquita hat, and singing the lyrics (optional) to one of the most famous jingles of all time:

I’m Chiquita Banana, and I’ve come to say
I offer good nutrition for you every day.
And when you buy Chiquita you will always know,
You’ve got the best bananas anyone can grow!

And there’s plenty more—sample Chiquita smoothies, spin the CD101 PrizeWheel on Friday or visit the Salon Schools misting tents to cool off. Kids can visit the Eagle’s Nest or have their faces painted in the Giant Eagle hands-on activity area.

WOSU will broadcast All Sides with Ann Fisher live from the Festival on Friday 10-12 and Amadeus Deli in the afternoon. The Ohio Tourism Division will join the festivities on Saturday with the Too Much Fun for Just One Day! Mobile Tour branded Honda Element and experiential booth offering a variety of travel packages complete with a hands-on craft area for kids with support from Elmer’s Products. You can also visit the Franklin University booth for information about their new program in Interactive Media Design, get a free hearing test from Absolute Hearing or sign up to enter new windows for your entire house from Window Pro.
