The Greater Columbus Arts Council Appoints New Board Members

Columbus, Ohio – The Greater Columbus Arts Council has announced the appointments of Barbara Brandt, Michael Gonsiorowski , Christine Kullberg, Catherine Lang-Cline and Tanisha Robinson to its Board of Trustees.

“Our new board members bring diverse expertise and important community relationships that will be a great asset to GCAC and its programs,” said Tom Katzenmeyer, President of the Greater Columbus Arts Council. “We are pleased that they are volunteering their valuable time to advance arts and culture in Central Ohio.”

Barbara Brandt is a development professional with experience in building philanthropic programs. She has worked with large publicly-traded corporations, families, family business owners as well as non-profit organizations. Brandt directed The Ohio State University’s 1985-1990 campaign for central Ohio. During the campaign she worked with major donors from the corporate sector as well as individuals and families. Brandt currently runs her own consulting business working with corporations, families, non-profits and foundations.

Michael Gonsiorowski is the regional president, Central Ohio Region for PNC, named to that role by National City Bank in 2002 and continuing in that position since PNC’s acquisition of National City Bank.  As Regional President, Gonsiorowski leads PNC’s sales and service business lines including corporate banking, retail, wealth and asset management.  Gonsiorowski earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from John Carroll University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.  He is a past member of the United Way Board of Trustees and serves on the boards of The Columbus Partnership, Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation, Battelle for Kids, Mount Carmel Hospital and Learn4Life.

Christine Kullberg is director, Brand Strategy and Creative Services for Cardinal Health.  She has been in that role since March 2012.  She began her career at Cardinal Health in June 2003 in the marketing department. A native of Worthington, Ohio Christine graduate from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a BS in marketing and logistics.

 

Catherine Lang-Cline is the president and co-founder of Portfolio Creative. Portfolio Creative specializes in staffing for all areas of marketing and advertising with roles such as, but not limited to, copywriters, graphic designers, web designers, traffic coordinators and account managers. These roles are temp, temp-to-hire or direct hire.  Lang-Cline is an active member and vice-chair of the Columbus Chamber Small Business Council, an advisory board member for the American Red Cross Blood Services Central Ohio Region, a member of the American Staffing Association, Columbus Society of Communicating Arts, Advertising Federation of Columbus, Women Presidents’ Organization, and the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Tanisha Robinson served as an Arabic linguist in the US Army.  After returning to Columbus, Robinson built and sold an affiliate marketing portfolio, and went on to become the founder of Fudha.com, a daily deal site focused on locally owned, independent restaurants. Since its launch in early 2010, this social enterprise contributed over 30,000 meals to the Mid-Ohio Foodbank, supported the local restaurant community, and saved its members over $250,000 on the best independent restaurants in Central Ohio.  Robinson is currently the co-founder of Print Syndicate, a design/technology/marketing company with an ecommerce platform devoted to providing well-designed, socially relevant, high quality products to consumers, on-demand. Robinson was named a 2013 Woman to Watch by the YWCA Columbus and a 2013 Person to Watch by Columbus Alive. She she serves on the board of Harmony Project.
