1. Establishing your brand

“Brand” is a buzzword you’ve undoubtedly encountered recently. But what is a brand? How do you make one? What differentiates some brands from others? In this workshop, we help you understand why a strong brand is crucial to your success.

2. Key Performance Indicators

More commonly known as KPIs, Key Performance Indicators are the bread and butter of successful organizations. If you have a goal — be it long or short term — the best way to analyze your progress is to establish KPIs.

3. Communication across mediums

You don’t talk to your teacher the same way that you talk to your best friend. That’s because different relationships, demographics and communication channels warrant different voices. This workshop teaches you how to adapt your messaging to fit a wide array of different mediums, from writing tweets to writing grants.
