ARTIST STATEMENT

Spring is a time of joy and renewal. This season gives us a chance to prepare for new horizons. It gives us hope that the future will bring us health, success and happiness. My work is an expression of that hope, generated by spring, which gives me strength to overcome life’s difficulties.

ARTIST BIO

Ronald Jason Van Hoose, who resides in Youngstown, Ohio, has been an artist for his entire life. He graduated CumLade from Youngstown State University in 1993 with a BFA in Painting and Ceramics. Since then he has pursued a professional art career in Youngstown and Columbus Ohio. His work has been on display at various prominent venues such as The Butler Institute of American Art and the Columbus Museum of Art.
