This work is a “Surreal Impressionist” piece that is indicative of Loe’s direction as an artist.

ARTIST BIO

Todd is a 1978 graduate of The University of Charleston with a degree in Fine arts. This Columbus, Ohio artist does soft pastel paintings of dreamy landscapes reflecting a fascination with peace and solitude. He explores the relationship between imagination and reality using color to define shapes and create the illusion of depth. The results are colorful pastel paintings with a mystical quality.
